Shipping times:
Custom Products: 1-4 business days (after production)
Ready-to-Wear: 1-3 business days
*ATTENTION: Production time for custom items can be up to 8 business days prior to shipment. You will receive an order confirmation email directly after you place an order, and a shipping confirmation once it has been made and shipped out. Please double-check your spelling when entering your email at checkout or else it won't send!
Returns and Refunds
Custom clothing such as sweatshirts & hoodies, are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the wrong item was received or the item was received damaged. In this rare case, you will either receive a replacement or full refund depending on availability.
Ready-to-wear clothing such as sweaters and tops are eligible to be returned for store credit only within 30 days of receiving your order. These items can be returned only if they are unworn with the tags still attached. To start a return request, please reach out to us via email at sweetdreamtee@gmail.com with your order confirmation number and the reason you would like to return your item.
One of a Kind Sale: All sales for items in the 'One of a Kind Sale' are final and non-refundable. Please make sure to check all the photos and product descriptions provided for all flaws/damages before purchasing.

All of our sweatshirts, hoodies, and t-shirts (excluding baby tees) are unisex, therefore they run slightly larger than typical women's sizing. Please reach out if you have any specific questions about sizing before placing an order!

Thank you for checking out my small business SweetDream Tees! For a bit of some backgroun on who I am, my name is Hope and I am a 21 year-old student at West Chester University studying psychology. Based in the suburbs of Philadelphia, I began my business 3 years ago by making unique tie dye sweatshirts and t-shirts and selling them locally. I soon fell in love with designing and entrepreneurship and decided to grow my business by opening my website in February 2021. Ever since then, I have continued to expand my business and I am so thankful for all of those who have supported me along the way!
